Excellence Nuts offers food and FMCG products, including dry fruits, nuts, snacks and related food products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, nutritional information, weights, packaging and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

  • Product images may vary slightly from the actual product because of photography, lighting, screen settings or packaging changes.

  • Product packaging and design may change from time to time.

  • Natural variations may occur in the appearance, colour, size or texture of agricultural and food products.

  • Product specifications may be updated where required due to manufacturing, regulatory, packaging or supply considerations.

The information printed on the product packaging supplied with your order should be treated as the primary reference for product-specific information, including ingredients, allergen information, nutritional information, storage instructions, batch information and date marking.

3. Food Safety, Ingredients & Allergens

Customers should carefully review the product label before purchasing or consuming any product, particularly where they have allergies, dietary restrictions or specific nutritional requirements.

Applicable ingredient, allergen, nutritional, storage, date-marking and other mandatory information will be provided through the product packaging and, where required, through the online product listing.

For food products sold through e-commerce, applicable mandatory information is required to be made available to consumers before sale, subject to the applicable regulatory requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing relevant product information before consumption.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory food-safety, labelling or consumer-protection requirement.

Any nutritional, health-related, quality, origin, ingredient, certification or other product claim made by Excellence Nuts is intended to be presented in accordance with applicable requirements.

Product claims should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment unless expressly permitted and appropriately represented under applicable law.

FSSAI regulates food advertising and claims, and food businesses are expected to ensure that claims are not misleading or deceptive.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order will be considered accepted when we confirm the order and/or begin processing it, subject to successful payment and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Because our products are primarily food and FMCG products, routine returns and exchanges may not be available for opened or consumed products.

13. Product Storage & Handling

Customers must follow the storage and handling instructions printed on the product packaging.

Product quality may be affected by improper storage, excessive heat, moisture, direct sunlight, contamination or other conditions occurring after delivery.

Where a quality issue arises because of conditions outside our reasonable control after delivery, the company may be unable to provide a remedy, subject to applicable law.

This provision does not affect mandatory consumer or food-safety rights.

14. Wholesale, Bulk & Business Orders

Orders placed for wholesale, institutional, corporate, gifting, distribution, resale or other commercial purposes may be subject to separate commercial terms, pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, delivery conditions and agreements.

Where a separate written agreement applies, its specific terms will govern the relevant commercial transaction to the extent of any conflict with these website Terms.

Nothing in these Terms automatically creates a distributor, franchise, agency, partnership or other commercial relationship between the customer and Excellence Nuts.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory right to approach a competent authority, consumer commission or court available under applicable law.
